Yes, website is easy to navigate. Drop down menus are easy to use. Well organized. Very little confusion. Easy to place orders. Customer service (if needed) is always fast and efficient. Order met my expectations. Packaging was a bit torn, but I suspect it was during shipping. The doll was in perfect condition. This is my third doll and I continue to be very pleased with my choice. Under certain lighting conditions, she looks very realistic and is beautiful to the eye and touch. The skin color also looks great on camera. Overall, she is my favorite.
